GoalBuilt
GoalBuilt for iPhone

Your goals.
Your everyday.

A clear plan, a private space to check in, and less time entering the same information. Built to fit the program you and Michael agree on.

Currently in a private TestFlight pilot. Michael arranges app access individually.

Your space to follow through

Only what fits
your program.

  • TodayThe activities assigned for your day.
  • My ProgramYour plan and the notes that guide it.
  • Track and ProgressFood logs and readings, when assigned.
  • CoachA private conversation with Michael.
Less friction. More follow-through.

Connected to
your real life.

Your program controls the tools you see. Health connections are optional, and your records are private by default.

01

Bring your readings.

Connect Oura for daily sleep, readiness, activity, and recovery. Add Apple Health for authorized steps, sleep, resting heart rate, and weight. Oura takes priority where readings overlap.

02

Keep your own time.

Dates and appointments display in your selected time zone. Follow your iPhone when you travel, or keep a home time zone in Settings.

03

Choose what to share.

Decide whether Michael can see your readings and food log. Other clients cannot see your records. Health imports never feed the public website.

Already invited?

Get settled in.

GoalBuilt installs as an iPhone app through your private TestFlight invitation. There is no public download link yet.

If your invitation is missing or your account needs approval, email Michael for help.

  1. Install from your invitation.

Open the TestFlight invitation Michael arranged, then install GoalBuilt. Keep TestFlight for future app updates.

  2. Use your usual sign-in.

Start with the Apple or Google sign-in arranged for your pilot account. Google access is currently limited to invited test accounts. New clients wait for Michael to approve access and assign a program.

  3. Connect your health apps.

Open Settings, then Oura and Apple Health. Connect each source you want and choose your Health permissions. These tools appear when assigned to your program.

A little help, when you need it

Make yourself at home.

Can I use Apple and Google for the same account?

Yes. While signed in, open Settings, then Sign-in methods. Add the other option there and confirm your current sign-in first. If Apple asks for Face ID or your passcode, complete that prompt on your iPhone. An expired confirmation can be started again. Keep using your original sign-in until the other option shows as connected.

Why are some readings missing or out of date?

Open Oura first so your ring can sync, then return to GoalBuilt. For Apple Health, check that the Health app has readings and GoalBuilt has permission to read those categories. GoalBuilt imports recent daily summaries. A blank reading means no readable sample is available, not a zero result.

Use Settings, then Oura and Apple Health to check connection status or sync again. Updates depend on the ring, source app, device access, and connectivity. Apple controls background timing.

Do I have to enter food and drinks every day?

Food and drink logging is manual when it is part of your program. Health connections do not detect meals. The elapsed timer uses logged caloric intake; it is not a medical measurement or a fasting target. Michael’s selected shared entries are visible only to approved clients with that feature.

Can I change access or remove my data?

In Settings, you can change sharing, stop Health imports, remove imported GoalBuilt copies, and disconnect Oura. Client accounts also have a deletion control. Original records in Apple Health and Oura are unchanged. Read the privacy notice for details and support.
