This is GoalBuilt’s public introduction website. It includes a coaching inquiry form. It does not include checkout, advertising trackers, or embedded social media.

When you submit an inquiry

The form collects your name, email, coaching interest, broad goal, consent confirmation, submission time, and whether you came from a shirt QR link or the website. Michael uses these details to reply and coordinate a possible next step. An inquiry does not enroll you, charge you, or subscribe you to marketing.

Inquiry records are stored in a separate Cloudflare database and are available to Michael through his private, authenticated app. They are kept for inquiry follow-up and related business records. You can request access, correction, or deletion by email. GoalBuilt does not sell inquiry information.

The form is for people 18 or older. A parent or guardian may inquire for a younger person using the adult’s own contact details. Do not submit a child’s identifying information or medical details.

Michael’s daily practice

The daily practice page contains only personal entries Michael explicitly selects and publishes. Private client information, private journal drafts, and unpublished measurements are not part of that page. Dates and measurement sources accompany shared values. Video links open the selected third-party service only when you choose to follow them.

GoalBuilt iPhone app

The native app is in private TestFlight testing. Sign in with Apple provides an app-specific account identifier and the email address you choose to share. New clients wait for Michael to approve access and assign their program. The app stores program assignments, completion records, private messages, account preferences, and confirmed appointment details. Time zone preferences adapt dates and reminders to your location or selected home time zone.

Optional health connections

If you connect Apple Health, GoalBuilt reads only the categories you authorize: steps, sleep, resting heart rate, and weight. The app sends daily summaries to your private GoalBuilt account. It does not write to Apple Health. Connecting Oura separately authorizes access to daily activity, sleep, readiness, and nighttime recovery. Oura authorization credentials are encrypted on the service. Oura readings are fetched for an authorized live view and are not retained as a separate GoalBuilt history. The service stores connection status and the last successful request time. The app shows the reading date, source, and last sync, and prefers Oura when both sources supply the same daily metric. Background updates depend on device permissions, connectivity, and when each source supplies data.

Imported health readings are private by default. A client may separately choose to share readings and their food and drink log with Michael. Other clients cannot access those records. HealthKit and Oura records do not feed the public website or advertising, and GoalBuilt does not sell them or use them for marketing.

Food, drink, and Michael’s shared day

Food and drink entries are manual. An elapsed timer reflects the most recent logged caloric intake, not a medical measurement or a prescribed fasting target. Michael may share selected entries with approved clients who have that feature in their program. This shared log is not public. A private or uncertain entry can hide the elapsed timer to avoid implying a complete shared record. Unsent entries are protected on the device and upload when connectivity returns.

App storage and controls

Cloudflare hosts the private app service and database. Apple Health imports and Oura data remain separate from public website inquiries. App sessions are stored securely in the device Keychain. GoalBuilt uses no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs. Records remain until you delete them, close your client account, or request deletion, subject to any applicable recordkeeping obligations. Deleted active records may remain temporarily in the hosting provider’s recovery backups.

In Settings, you can stop Health imports, remove GoalBuilt’s imported copies, disconnect Oura, turn off coach sharing, and delete a client account. Deleting GoalBuilt copies does not change the original data in Apple Health or Oura. You can also revoke access in those services. The coaching account requires a support request to arrange closure while protecting existing client access. Appointment or inquiry records held separately can be included in a deletion request to Michael.

When you email Michael

The email link opens your email app. If you send an inquiry, Michael Anderson receives the name, address, message, and any files you choose to include. These details are used to respond and coordinate your inquiry. Please keep your first message to a broad goal. Medical details and other sensitive information belong in an appropriate private intake process.

Website hosting

Cloudflare hosts this site and may process technical information such as your IP address and request details to deliver and protect it. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy. This public site does not add analytics scripts or set its own cookies. The inquiry endpoint uses a short-lived hash of the connection IP and current hour to limit automated spam. It does not store the raw IP in the inquiry database. Rate-limit entries expire within two hours and are cleared as new inquiries are processed.
